FAST NEAR IR IMAGE of LIVING MOUSE: This mouse was injected 24 hours earlier with a Cy5.5 labeled RGD peptide targeted against integrin receptors, which are involved in tumor angiogenesis. This image was recorded with the Macro-Imaging System Plus Cooled, .exposure time under a 1/10 sec, 712/30nm emission filter, Cy5.5 excited at 660/40nm with the Illumatool Dual Lighting System, LT-99D2.  The mouse was not anesthetized.

Two cuttings of canola (Brassica napus) the one on the left is engineered with mGFP5-ER (courtesy of Jim Haseloff, Cambridge Univ.) under the control of the CaMV 35S promoter. The one on the right is wild type. These samples were viewed with the Illumatool Tunable Lighting System LT-9500 with the excitation light at 470nm, emission long pass filter at 515nm.
